A couple weeks ago we shared this darling DIY Bridesmaid Survival Kit… and since have received numerous emails about providing a FREE download for the “Wedding Day Itinerary Card” that was included in the kit! So here it is, simple and sweet!

To edit this document you will need to save it and open in Adobe or Acrobat. Double click in the text areas provided and personalize with your wedding day plans! This is wonderful information that each member of the bridal party should have, just for reference.

This design is meant to print onto a 5″ x 5″ piece of cardstock. But you can always print it onto an 8.5″ x 11″ piece of cardstock and cut it after.

The font is a tad different than the original because I had to choose an Adobe font that everyone will have access to, but I think it looks just as darling!
