Simple DIY | mason jar table numbers

I think it’s safe to say that everyone loves the mason jar. So I’ve been trying to come up with an easy (and darling!) way to incorporate them into table numbers and this is what I came up with! Hand painting each number onto old book pages and letting them shine through those coveted glass jars… add a flameless tea light and you’re golden!

SUPPLIES:

  • mason jars (new or old!)
  • old books that you can rip pages out of
  • craft paint
  • paint brush
  • paper trimmer or scissors

Rip pages out of old books… I tried to rip out pages with chapter numbers that would coordinate with each table number, but that’s optional. ***You don’t have to do this with old book pages – this can be done with ANY type of paper you would like!

Trim your pages down to fit perfectly inside your mason jars.

Then hand paint each table number onto each book page. You can trace it before hand if you need to. Some colors of paint might require two coats, but that will be up to you.

Paint all your table numbers….

Then carefully slip them into each mason jar… it’s that simple!

These table numbers will be the perfect addition to your rustic style wedding!

These would look awesome with flameless tea-light candles inside of them!
